Pathology Medical Services, P.C. will file primary and secondary with any insurance so long as all required billing information is provided by the patient and/or client.

Required information for insurance billing:

• Front and back copy of insurance card
• Patient name
• Patient mailing address
• Patient DOB

Patients can update their insurance information online by logging into www.MyLabBill.com and using the access code found on their statement.

Patients
Patients can access and review their account data online, as well as providing insurance changes and/or updates. Patients can log onto www.MyLabBill.com by using the access code found on their statement. The website will guide you through the review, management, and payment process, for your convenience.

Clients
Each month an itemized invoice is available at www.MyLabBill.com. When making payment, please include the invoice number on your payment to ensure proper credit to your account.

If Pathology Medical Services, P.C will be billing insurance on behalf of the patient, please advise your patients that they will receive a bill for laboratory services from Pathology Medical Services, P.C.
